I will act as your advocate and guide you through the process, even renegotiate if any significant issues are found.
My goal is to provide you with comparable solds prior to submitting an offer to assure that we are submitting an offer with a supportable price. Once under contract I will work with the listing agent if needed to help support the home's value for the lender's appraisal.
